Purpose:
It is important that children experience how both literacy and science are related to their everyday lives. Science experiments offer children new explorations and new contexts for using literacy skills.

Strong reading and writing skills, comprehends written text/directions, comprehends and follows oral directions, training
or experience in literacy instruction, willing to participate in literacy instruction training, computer literate.

Enjoys researching/finding things out, experience in construction/building/model-making, and/or baking.
Interpersonal relationships:

Required availability and accessibility:
