This handbook has been prepared to help in any online volunteering experience, not just those with Virtual Volunteering Project. This handbook is based on feedback and contributions from many online volunteers and collaborating organizations, and new suggestions are always welcomed.   REMINDER: Before you take on any online volunteering assignment, for the VV Project or any organization, you should have answered "yes" to all of the questions listed at: A self evaluation: Are you ready to volunteer virtually? If you want to volunteer with the VV Project, you also should have already completed the online application, and reviewed the types of opportunities we have available. If you want to volunteer with us and you have not done either of these steps, please do so now, before proceeding with this handbook.
